Thinking and reasoning become more obvious and new issues appear

Clear signs and symptoms of AD are seen

May experience significant confusion and become agitated

Begins to require help with normal day-to-day activities

Requires assistance and/or reminders with many of the activities of daily life

Requires constant supervision
