Male patient aged 57 years known as bronchogenic carcinoma with brain metastases. A, B Axial pre and post contrast T1WI showed multiple tiny enhancing lesions scattered at both cerebellar hemispheres and medulla. On axial pre-contrast FLAIR (C), the lesions were few and displayed faint high signal intensity. D Axial post-contrast FLAIR images showed an increased number of enhancing lesions that appeared more hyperintense and demonstrated better lesion to background contrast than in post-contrast T1W1 (B)
