C, D Axial post-contrast T1WI showed mild leptomeningeal enhancement at per mesencephalic cisterns. E Axial pre contrast FLAIR image showed areas of parenchymal hyperintensity at the medial aspect of both temporal lobes as well as inferior frontal lobes and both insular cortices. F Axial post-contrast FLAIR image showed marked leptomeningeal enhancement at per mesencephalic cisterns and around both Sylvian fissures, which is more extensive and more clearly delineated than in post-contrast T1WI
